I'm Lisa Moore, a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), Ayurvedic wellness practitioner (AWP) and yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) trained in Subtle® Yoga - a therapeutic system. My 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings are a product of the wisdom I've accumulated from studying with master teachers, my own personal healing and evolution, and helping hundreds of people improve mental and physical health using the time-tested systems of classical yoga therapy and ayurveda during my 22 year career.

This signature 200 hour course is an 8-month journey into yoga therapy, ayurvedic wisdom, east-west psychology, subtle body education and practices, advanced pranayama and meditation and safe, somatic movement/asana.

As classical yoga therapy is a system to control the mind and a path towards enlightenment, Pranic Awakening places great emphasis on mental health, delving deep into ayurvedic psychology, the development of the personality via the chakras, trauma, archetypes and understanding the characteristics of each ayurvedic constitution type and how to balance them.​

Pranic Awakening aims to incorporate a sense of balance beyond the yoga mat into daily routines, relationships and emotional regulation, teaching practitioners to navigate life's challenges with steadiness and equanimity.

Anyone, regardless of experience, is invited to use this course as a vehicle for rapid personal growth, but not obligated to become certified instructors. For those that want to teach, this course meets the requirements to become registered as an RYT from The Yoga Alliance.

Learning to maintain a yoga + ayurvedic lifestyle offers a mastery of one's health and wellbeing and our courses provide the knowledge and tools to live from the highest perspective possible.

This is not watered-down, westernized yoga devoid of spirituality and presented as a workout. Pranic Awakening is structured around classical yoga therapy - an ancient medical system that focuses on mind control and enlightenment, creating balance in your constitution, an understanding of the workings of the cosmos and the human condition.

About Your Guide
Lisa Moore is a recognized yoga therapist, yoga teacher trainer, Ayurveda wellness practitioner, energy healer, and shamanic practitioner who has been involved in the metaphysical world for 20 years. She has been blessed to have tutelage from some renowned teachers and mentors and has synergistically crafted her own blend of holistic therapies.
