Group Yoga Classes

Enjoy a therapeutic style of hatha yoga practices that uses the classical forms of postures as a starting point to make specialized adaptations that focus on alignment, breath, and movement.


With a goal of creating strength, flexibility, and ease in the body and mind, each class utilizes an array of yogic tools to deepen body awareness and foster relaxation in the present moment.


Instruction takes the holistic approach of using breath and spinal movement in synchronization with every movement to facilitate less pressure on the physical structure, to increase comfort, range of motion, and mobility, and to support the function of the nervous system.


Small class sizes allow for personally tailored instruction and a safe, supportive environment. Beginners are always welcome.
