Liability Release

I am fully aware this course will entail me doing physical postures for me and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any prior injury or condition that may affect my participation in this course. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance. I agree not to hold Mythical Healings and Lisa Moore or any of its affiliates liable for any injury, damages or illness related to my participation. I agree to assume responsibility for any risks or injuries, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in Pranic Awakening Teacher Training. I release from liability and promise not to sue Mythical Healings and Lisa Moore or any employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical or psychological injury (including paralysis and death), illness, damages, or economic loss or emotional loss I may suffer because of my participation in the course. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including releasing Mythical Healings, Lisa Moore, any and all affiliates, employees, volunteers or others from all liability and assuming all risks of participating in activities. I understand that this document is written to be as broad and inclusive as legally permitted.
