The Transformative Power of Grief

Grief can accompany any event that disrupts or challenges our sense of normalcy or ourselves. Thus, we have all experienced it and we will continue to as loss is inevitable. What is important is how we manage our grief.

Grief needs a place to go, and in this workshop with compassionate, fellow grievers I will offer safe space, education and practices to dissolve the grip of grief.
