About the event
Agni means “fire” and is the digestive fire/capacity in the body. On a physical level it governs all of the organs on the digestive tract. It deals with digestion, absorption, assimilation of foods AND also your thoughts, emotions and life experiences.
When agni is weak, one may experience gas, belching, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, low energy, dull skin/hair, allergies/food intolerances, low or excessive appetite, poor circulation, body odor, poor memory/cognition, weak immunity, depression, anxiety, anger and more.
