Jazz/Funk Dance Classes

If you want to increase fitness, strength and flexibility through a range of simple, creative movements, then this is for you! No experience is necessary. Not only does dance train your brain and your body’s motor skills but it also is an excellent exercise for your entire body.

This groovy, rhythmic 75 min class is $15 and a fusion of various dance styles that provides a fun, high energy way to honor your soul's expression. Class will include a warm-up, skills and drills, and some fresh choreography designed to bring out your personal style.
